About ICEE

ICEE is established to serve the growing global community of researchers, engineers, and scientists working at the convergence of intelligent computational technologies and energy–environmental challenges. No existing journal adequately integrates AI, fractional-order modelling, neural operators, advanced numerical methods, and real-world energy and environmental applications under a single rigorous, open-access platform.

ICEE fills that gap — publishing original research, reviews, technical notes, perspectives, and software papers that advance intelligent and computational methods for a sustainable future.
